My Oatmeal Cranberries or Raisins Cookies are for people who love cookies but want to eat fewer calories. They’re fast and easy to cook, and very yummy.
Ingredients
- 1 sticks margarine
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- ½ cup cranberries or raisins
Directions
- Heat oven to 350F
- Beat together margarine and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs; beat well.
- Add flour, baking soda; mix well.
- Stir in oats and cranberries; mix well.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown.
- Cool 1 min on cookie sheet.
