    My Oatmeal Cranberries or Raisins Cookies are for people who love cookies but want to eat fewer calories.  They’re fast and easy to cook, and very yummy.

    Ingredients


    • 1 sticks margarine
    • 2/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • ½ cups flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 cups Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
    • ½ cup cranberries or raisins

    Directions


    • Heat oven to 350F
    • Beat together margarine and sugar until creamy.
    • Add eggs; beat well.
    • Add flour, baking soda; mix well.
    • Stir in oats and cranberries; mix well.
    • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    • Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown.
    • Cool 1 min on cookie sheet.
